I consider myself a reasonble person but when my girlfriend used the service for $5000 I was relieved for the assistance. 12 months later and no closer to paying it off and 100 calls to customer service dodging all my questions, I found out they set the interrest rate at over 80%! This was all done online but the fact that they are only friendly and helpfull when they call you to make a payment and cant seem to speak at all when you realize whats really going on well...doesnt the bbb handle companies like this preying on consumers?
