Applied for a loan via telephone1-866-899-1844 cashcall, 06-15-11 spoke to loan officer Jose, and I inform him that I had prior loan with cashcall 2,500 and 1,500 under western bank and paid it off may 15,2011.He called me back at about 5;20pm same day that my loan has been approved and he needs for me to fax the following;check stub,bank statement,voided check and copy of my driver's license and make sure I include my new acct:6560607.I had to called the loan officer Jose back when will the funds be in my acct.?

He never called to let me know that it was dissaproved after it was already approved.

I feel that as a long time customer of cashcall I was mistreated and wrongfully missed inform and very dissapointed.Sincerly, Good customer of three times FRANCES PEREZ
